Ingredients:

  • Coconut oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Apple - 100 g
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Apricot - 100 g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 20 g (2 tbsp)
  • Steel cut oats - 110 g

How to make:

  1. Boil steel cut oats with cinnamon and vanilla. When ready, add coconut oil
  2. Add chopped apple and apricot to the boiled steel cut oats. Sprinkle with seeds when serving
