Ingredients:
- Coconut oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Apple - 100 g
- Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Strawberry - 100 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Steel cut oats - 120 g
How to make:
- Soak steel cut oats for 20-30 minutes, then boil. If desired, add cinnamon at the end of cooking
- Add oil, chopped apple, strawberries, and pumpkin seeds, mix everything together
