Ingredients:

  • Coconut oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Apple - 100 g
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Strawberry - 100 g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Steel cut oats - 120 g

How to make:

  1. Soak steel cut oats for 20-30 minutes, then boil. If desired, add cinnamon at the end of cooking
  2. Add oil, chopped apple, strawberries, and pumpkin seeds, mix everything together
