Ingredients:
- Berries of choice - 100 g (0.7 cup)
- Banana - 60 g
- Poppy seed - 25 g (2.5 tbsp)
- Soy milk - 200 ml (0.8 cup)
- Steel cut oats - 90 g
How to make:
- Soak steel cut oats overnight or for a couple of hours, then boil. Add poppy seeds to the oatmeal
- Add chopped banana and berries to the oatmeal and mix together
- Pour unsweetened soy milk over the oatmeal
