Ingredients:

  • Berries of choice - 100 g (0.7 cup)
  • Banana - 60 g
  • Poppy seed - 25 g (2.5 tbsp)
  • Soy milk - 200 ml (0.8 cup)
  • Steel cut oats - 90 g

How to make:

  1. Soak steel cut oats overnight or for a couple of hours, then boil. Add poppy seeds to the oatmeal
  2. Add chopped banana and berries to the oatmeal and mix together
  3. Pour unsweetened soy milk over the oatmeal
