Ingredients:
- Almond milk - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
- Dates - 20 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Pumpkin, canned - 150 g
- Steel cut oats - 95 g
How to make:
- Soak steel cut oats for 20 minutes or overnight. Boil steel cut oats until soft, add nutmeg and cardamom to taste. Add canned pumpkin and chopped dates to the oatmeal
- Add almond milk and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds when serving
