Ingredients:

  • Almond milk - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
  • Dates - 20 g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Pumpkin, canned - 150 g
  • Steel cut oats - 95 g

How to make:

  1. Soak steel cut oats for 20 minutes or overnight. Boil steel cut oats until soft, add nutmeg and cardamom to taste. Add canned pumpkin and chopped dates to the oatmeal
  2. Add almond milk and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds when serving
