Ingredients:

  • Raspberry - 75 g (0.6 cup)
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Hazelnut - 35 g
  • Tofu - 170 g
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Blueberry - 75 g (0.5 cup)
  • Cardamom - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Steel cut oats - 145 g
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 150 ml (0.6 cup)

How to make:

  1. Soak steel cut oats overnight. In the morning boil steel cut oats with spices
  2. Add warmed milk to the oatmeal. Sprinkle berries, chopped nuts and tofu over the oatmeal before serving
