Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
- Bell pepper - 100 g (0.5 whole)
- Egg white - 30 g (1 pcs)
- Egg yolk - 60 g (3 pcs)
- Black olive - 50 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Mozzarella 50% - 65 g
- Whipping cream 30% - 20 ml
How to make:
- Whisk the eggs with cream until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture onto a preheated skillet
- Add chopped bell pepper, shredded mozzarella, cover and cook until eggs are set
- Sprinkle the omelette with pumpkin seeds. Serve with sliced cucumber and black olives
