Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
- Cheddar cheese - 30 g
- Bell pepper - 150 g
- Garlic powder - 3 g (1 tsp)
- Parmesan 40% - 30 g
- Mozzarella 50% - 40 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Cut in halves bell pepper
- Combine cheese, eggs and garlic powder in a blender or food processor
- Stuff pepper halves with the mixture, top with spinach and lightly press with the fork
- Wrap peppers in aluminum foil, bake for 30-35 minutes
- Take peppers out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil
