Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Cheddar cheese - 30 g
  • Bell pepper - 150 g
  • Garlic powder - 3 g (1 tsp)
  • Parmesan 40% - 30 g
  • Mozzarella 50% - 40 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Cut in halves bell pepper
  3. Combine cheese, eggs and garlic powder in a blender or food processor
  4. Stuff pepper halves with the mixture, top with spinach and lightly press with the fork
  5. Wrap peppers in aluminum foil, bake for 30-35 minutes
  6. Take peppers out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil
