Ingredients:
- Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
- Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
- Mozzarella - 25 g
- Ricotta - 65 g
- Parmesan cheese - 35 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g (0.5 whole)
- Pecan nut - 28 g
- Garlic powder - 3 g (1 tsp)
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F
- Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds
- Combine cheese, eggs and garlic powder in a blender or food processor
- Stuff pepper halves with the mixture, top with spinach and lightly press down with a fork
- Wrap peppers in aluminum foil, bake for 30-35 minutes
- Take bell peppers out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil. Sprinkle peppers with chopped nuts before serving
