Ingredients:

  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Banana - 150 g
  • Strawberry - 100 g
  • Tofu - 150 g
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cashew nut - 40 g
  • Whole grain flour - 60 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Mash tofu and banana with a fork until small crumbs appear
  2. Add all flour, a pinch of salt, vanilla and mix everything thoroughly. You might need a little more or less flour depending on the amount of moisture in the tofu.Make sure the mixture is thick enough to form tofu balls
  3. Form tofu balls. Preheat a pan greased with a few of drops of oil. Put the tofu balls in the frying pan. Cover the pan with a lid, wait for a couple of minutes, then turn the tofu balls over and fry for a couple of minutes more
  4. For topping, using an immersion blender, blend strawberries until smooth and pour over tofu balls, sprinkle with chopped cashews
