Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 70 g (1 whole)
  • Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Corn - 30 g
  • Tofu - 150 g
  • Black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Garlic powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Oyster mushroom - 200 g
  • Dill - 5 g (1 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Slice tofu into 2 thin “steaks”. Season tofu with freshly ground black pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Put the tofu and cook over medium heat until golden brown, for about 2 minutes. Flip over and cook until the other side is golden brown
  2. Finely chop onion, stew for 1-2 minutes, add washed and chopped mushrooms, simmer together for about 10 minutes, so that all the mushroom liquid evaporates. Season with spices to taste
  3. Serve mushrooms with the tofu, sprinkle with greens and corn
